CNN Holographic Interview

From CNN

During their election night coverage, CNN projected "holographic" images of remote interviewees into CNN’s New York newsroom. CNN Senior Vice President David Bohrman reported that they have placed 44 cameras and 20 computers in each of their remote locations to capture and record three-dimensional images of the remote interviewees. The data was used to create the illusion that the interviewee is in the studio with the CNN correspondents.1
