3D stereoscopic technology is based on human - binocular- vision. We are able to perceive three dimensions because each eye sees the object being observed from a slightly different point of view. Our brain then brings these two simultaneous images together into a single - three dimensional - image. Thus, each point of view - the left eye’s and the right eyes - is filmed separately, then projected onto the same screen. The next step is to make it possible for each eye to select the image that is meant for it.

In order to do this, the viewer must wear special glasses. These glasses are equipped with filters that do just that. Once each eye has received the appropriate image, it transmits that image to the brain, which will naturally re-create depth, resulting in the perception of three dimensions.

Stereovision by polarizing light

At Digital Tiger, stereovision is based on the principle of polarizing light. Developed in 1950, this technology is based on directing light, which is an electromagnetic wave that is propagated with no particular order. So, current technology orders this light by placing a polarizing filter in front of each of the sets of images. Thus, during screening, the light is directed in a chosen order. Special glasses equipped with filters precisely matching those of the projector enable each eye to perceive the appropriate image.

4D movies is actually the integration of 3D stereoscopic movies and special effect cinema. Unlike the normal story movies, the movies is used to be 10-15 minutes, except of 3D stereoscopic effect impact, the producer has to add the triger code in the program for seat vibration,snow,wind blowing, water spraying, foot pating, the dynamic enviornment greatly increase the immersive effect, fun  and excitement compared with 3D movies.
